harmonic synthesis

I remember that this topic of odd and even harmonics
was discussed in some early E.N. Not only circuitry but
also psychoacoustics. Was interesting reading.

A special module was proposed that could mix odd and even harmonics.
Perhaps not that exciting. I've not done any experiments so far.
