Power supply

Hey again...

Taking all of your comments in consideration 
I have finnished drawing the power supply 
to the limit I feel I can do. Here my 
pore knowledge in power supply's ends.
I've decides to feed the tb-303 with 15V DC
instead of the 9V DC the original is feed with.
I am pretty sure does 2 78XXX regulators will
work properly in the scheme i have drawn but
I am really not sure about that LM 317AT
regulator. I couldnt find any data sheets on
it so i used it in a circuit that the regular
317 would fit in. Hopefully it will work this way
aswell. Please help me get it right if it is wrong.
I also need to get the value correct on the
resistor, and what value to use in the pot.
For real fine tuning of the output voltage I
will as Daniel suggested (thx man) use a pot
winded 10 times.
Tell me if this scheme is totally useless?
I have uploaded the gif picture and the eagle
file to an tripod account this time since
my last gif wasnt to welcome to be sent out
on the list. Totally understandable though.
