Sure, but what you describe is a *flanger*, not a phaser. (A flanger is much
easier to implement
in the digital domain than a phaser.)
You're not the only one who mixed this up - Korg have (wrongly) called the
flanger in the Polysix
a "phaser", too. The sound is very different, though.
