high freq vco

Thought I'd just mention also the 74LS/S124/624 series of logic chip vco's 
some of this series are single, some dual VCO. All goto several 10's of MHz 
with ease.. dont have the spec in front of me, so cant say anything abt the 
lin at the mom..
