Certainly. Oh, what Vcc does the OSCar run their 4046 at?
The 74HCT9046A is a 5 V device. We wouln't like to run it red hot, would we?

Yeah, I have been trying to get it, but the only one in Sweden that carries
them has such a bad web interface that it assumes that you are in the USA!
That's international sales organisations for you! Naturally they got an email
from me but no reply. They sure flirted with me to become their customer....
NOT!!!
Things like that surely makes you eager to come back.
Now, if Philips would kindly kick these sorry fellows but in order to get their
act together, I would applaude it, but that will not happend so I will probably
not by anything from them and thus Philips will not sell anything to me.
Pretty simple math I'd say.
Actually, that whole part of the industry is a very sad thing to look at, they
just keep the low level to be expected I guess.
