Gravity Wave Detector as Random Voltage Source?

Disclaimer: I am NOT a zero point energy/cold fusion/hollow earth/UFO
adherent. This is NOT an endorsement of these peoples "alternative"
cosmology.

I just stumbled across this page which uses an electrolytic capacitor as a
sensor. It claims gravity waves "jar loose" electrons in capacitors and
offers a simple schematic using a 1458.

A more knowledgeable fellow says it gives "fluctuations in the 2 Hz to 30 Hz
range"

http://www.sumeria.net/phys/gwd.html

and offers an improved schematic using a TL082.

Maybe make a random voltage source?

Don't take things too seriously,
