trouble with high intensity electomag fields is that they tend to be not too
fosussable until you hit the microwave freq's.. so there you go.. you could
get a pay TV dish, and where the little feed box is located, remove it and
place the output end of the microwave oven magnetron [ have to cut the
waveguide feed off the oven enclosure too to get this to wrk properly. this
will project a powerful beam of microwaves where ever you point it to..
instant [but not very portable] ray gun... caution however if you have large
amounts of foil ducting for aircon etc in your walls/ceiling! Or you could
try some more indirect approach, for instance make a 10.7MHz oscillator,
455khz osc, and 36.97 MHz osc[maybe these are diff where you live] these are
the IF's for FM,AM,TV... stick these to your ceiling as close as poss to the
location of neighbour's said appliances.. well, he can still play bass, but
cant watch tv,or radio.maybe then you could work out a deal.. or try playing
'Chariots of fire' and other Vangelis tracks on a really out of tune wonky
synth.. but the simplest most effective methods are still thumbtack in the
power cable, or a hammer [a friend once told me of an army procedure -
always keep magnetic objects away from explosives.. like hammers?]
Cheers,
Dan
