Farnell sell two of these, the NSL-37V51 and the NSL-32. The NSL is particularly interesting at less than one UK pound each (approx. $1.5.) I bought ten and plotted LED current against LDR resistance for matching purposes. If anyone wants the figures, please ask. Steve Ridley
