It would great to get a discount on a schem/pcm package for non-profit
use. I've demo'd several but am reluctant to fork out the cash for a
decent program. Here's a list of the ones I've seen:
www.expresspcb.com/index.htm
www.winqcad.com
www.cadsoftusa.com or www.cadsoft.de
www.mentor.com
www.pads.com/Layout.htm
www.orcad.com
www.geda.seul.org
www.protel.com
The Gnu gEAD is very cool but is only supported in unix. My favorite of
the reasonably priced packages is Eagle by CadSoft (demo at
www.cadsoft.de/freeware.htm). Its supported on win32 and linux and is
easy to use. CadSoft seems like a company that may honor the proposal
suggested by Harry.
