ASM-1 question re bypass caps

For which of the .1uF caps can I substitute .22uF's?  I'm assuming that it's
okay to sub the bypass caps with larger values.  Let me know if I'm wrong.

Tirade: Now, who would have thought that I wouldn't be able to buy .1uF caps
locally?  In the SF Bay Area of all places.  I don't see a lot of hands out
there.  But yes, the only parts store in the SF East Bay (besides Radio
Shack) only had 10 of them!  Buying parts out here is infuriating.
