Martin is right. I'm a satisfied Ersa user for approximately the same
span of time. Though I have to say I've worn out a few tips meanwhile (;->).

More seriously: I used to build most of my projects with an unregulated
15W Ersa. No problem for small stuff, but large GND planes are a problem.
Then I bought a 25W (or 30W) regulated station (Ersa again). It's better,
but only slightly. If you go regulated, 50W or 60W would be better,
as someone else posted.
At work, we have Weller stations. Great stuff as well, but way more
expensive.
