I think you'd be better off with dual-supply circuits.  It'll be much easier
to interface with other modules.  You'll be able to use the sample power
supply for all your modules, too.  Also, single supply might be okay for a
small system, but it's not efficient enough for systems of even moderate
size.

I might be wrong about all of this.

Hello!
Since work is taking to much time (you never heard that before!), I
haven’t managed to complete the work with the Windmachine. So (remember
I’m a complete novice to electronics, but I’m trying to learn…) here are
some of my rough sketches. Please feel free to come with comments, hints
or suggestions.
LFO1:

I have found two good (I hope) VCF’s, one from PAiA and one from Tom’s
