But the Kimisizer is not in the scans... the person who scanned it
(Anders?) says it is not worthy of inclusion in the Formant and missed
it out. Nor is the digital delay line.

Some other interesting things in that book though, but it is better if
you can speak German. Which I can't... but I got my wife to translate
the good bits.
