I threw away my metal lunchbox when I was a kid, then again being a poor
family using hand me downs I was the only kid in elementary school with a
strawberry shortcake lunch box and the torments were too brutal to
handle... No matter, I'm going to build this into a cabinet. I have two
14 space rack rails and I'm working on a pine box. I want the power
supply in the pine box, does anyone have any advice on how to go about
doing this? IE, attaching a power cord jack, groungding etc. Also, how
deep should this cabinet be to handle all the circuit boards i may throw
in it? Do I need extra space in back to breath. Also, pine vs. fiber
board any help? I figure I'll put in a frak rack to house the modules and
front power switch, but i want the rest in back. Then expansion can be
done at will ;)
Rob
Looking for advice and such.
