A "wall wart" with that kind of power is rare. It would almost certainly be a
switching
power supply. I'd recommend (on a recommendation from "the mac doctor"

+-15V @ 1.5A Linear... comes with Voltage Selection , and Fuseholders
attached.
Weight about 7lbs. Its LINEAR ! Price #19.95... about $8 shipping Ouch :^(]
With the money you save from your budget ( and having a good POWER ONE linear
to boot) you can spring for a really classy box to mount it in. One with a
carrying handle.
I'm thinking a vintage "Scooby-Doo" lunch pail... or maybe "The Monkees"...
Its so hard to decide...
