Hi Ben, You got a deal for $50. I got one in Florida while on summer
vacation a few years ago for $60. The sand a salt had really done a job
on it. I ended up replacing all of the select-switches (little vcr monetary
things) I removed all of the rubber caps and cleaned the key contacts.
For scratchy pots I used DeOx-It.
It's very much like the poly 800 sound wise, killer filters and envelopes
I had a ex800 and a Seil ex80 (which is a ex800 clone) so kept it for a
while and when a guy offered $250 for it held the door for him.
The ex800 is also gone now But I still have the Seil and my ex8000
