I'm not the first to comment on the negative tone of the request, but that
aside...  This is a list based on interest, not a labor force.  Therefor,
the people who have this kind of knowledge probably have good jobs
somewhere.  So, try and capture our interest, you can afford good
programmers if you're trying to do something really new and
cool.  However, no mention of the nature of the project was
made.  Otherwise, I'd recommend some of the other numerous job/employment
sites on the internet.  My point, people are here because they want to be,
not because anyone is making lots and lots of cash doing synth-diy.
