I almost guarantee you cant afford the person you want. Even multinational
corporations can *barely* afford them..

I got an idea for you: Learn Chinese, go to China, and hire a BUNCH of 68k C
compiler programmers for a few dollars an hour.

Oh, BTW, you better learn Chinese pretty quick. In about another 5 years you
won't be able to afford them either! ;)
