If what you want is a rubberized coating on a knob ot little wheel, you might look for "tool dip" at the hardware store. It's this liquid rubber stuff, made for dipping the handles of pliers and screwedrivers into. But it works fairly well on other things as well...car keys, drumsticks, etc. Byron Jacquot
