Yes, if you are using the 9700 midi2CV.  Just connect the +/-15v  supply 
between D3 and R51 on the positive side.  The negative side connect
between D4 and R52.  Of course ground is attached to point "G"

Option: Remove the power switch and replace with a normal open push button.  
Connect one leg between C1 and R5.  The other side connect to the +5V supply.
This is used to reset the 8031 microcontroller.
