Some, but not all messages may occur within a running status stream without
breaking the running status stream. When those messages occur it means nothing
for the running status value, it is just lost bandwidth. Some messages can not
occur within the running status stream, so when they do occur you have to send
the initial status message again.

I don't recall which system messages which is allowed within the running status
stream.
