slight OT: Digitec Big Foot BF-2048 ????

Dear Friends...

I just got a Digitec Big Foot BF-2048
and it works... but what IS it ???

Its a digital delay / chorus flanger... very similar to an Effectron.
But it has a Trigger input,
and some kind of hold switch, and a "play" light.

Anybody used to own one... can you tell me what its supposed to do
(besides the obvious delay tricks....)
