Paia FatMan HELP!

I have a question, and I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice. I 
just finished building a Paia FatMan, and... I got the desktop case and 
everything, but, I have a very big problem. All of the knobs seem to be 
reversed. When you turn the volume up, it goes down. Same with all of them. 
The frequency goes down when you turn it up, and so forth. 

I wonder what I did wrong. A friend of mine mentioned that it may have 
something to do with the polarity on the circuit board or something. I am not 
very good with the kits yet, and I would appreciate any advice.
