soldering tips/trigger timing

Isn't the PCB always bent a little while soldering (since the foam
presses against the PCB)? I don't know if this is an issue in practice,
but it seems to me there must be some mechanical stress to the soldering
joints/traces after the board is removed from the mounting frame,
getting unbent again.
