Jim and all --
I've been bugging Digi for months about carrying the CA3xxx chips. First
they said they were not available. But now Intersil indicates that, e.g.,
CA3080 CA3280, CA3046 and CA 3083 are all current. Digi's latest response is
that they would look into it. I hope everybody will continue to needle Digi
about carrying the parts we need. They seem to be getting worse and worse.
It almost seems like they don't carry Intersil and just have some Harris
stock on hand that they are not replacing.
BTW, JDR lists CA3080, CA3046, and CA3083 (and LM3900). Mouser lists CA3046
and CA3080.
