DSG/2 Circuit?

I need a circuit for an AR generator that can cycle (like half of a Serge
Dual Slope Generator).  The idea is sort of a triangle wave generator with
VC attack and decay.

The idea is:
VC attack
VC decay
end pulse

Yes, the DSG does more than that, but this is how I used to use them.

If you have a PCB layout I'll take that too.
