State Variable Filter Problems

I''m having some problems with the SVF 9a from tomg's site.  Obvious
problems with what I'm doing, one I'm building it on veroboard because I
only wanted a few of the features the pcboard version comes with because
I'm using it as an independant proccessor otherwise the pcboard would be
an obvious improvement.  So, that bad decision on my part aside.  I've
checked my work a bunch of times.  It can pass audio through the lowpass
out, but the knobs do nothing, Nothing comes out of either the bandpass
of hipass outputs.  It can pass through the lowpass outputs whether it's
on or not!  Can anybody give me some helpful advice?
