I've never seen any data sheet for this particular part, but I can tell you 
that it's some kind of high-frequency VCO.  It's used as a master oscillator 
in DCO-based systems.  It could probably be used as a clock oscillator in 
digital delays and analog delays, as well.  I have seen it in use in a couple 
of mid-1980's Seil keyboards.

I would like to get more data on this chip, too.  Please let me know if you 
find out anything further.
