I have a circuit based on the ARP Quadra phaser.
It's on my homepage, schematics section, complete with
pcb layout.
It's not a diode ladder, as the intitial question was.
Built around 3086 transistor arrays.

I had no idea that the Chroma has something similar !
Same circuit, including the cheap CD4007-based compander,
or something more advanced ?
