matched transistors

Transistor arrays that are matched:
MAT04-analog devices
CA3046-RCA/Intersil
THAT100/120/140 -That Corporation
However, being matched is not all that it is cracked up to be. For
exponential converters, the bulk emmiter resistance is important as well.
The MAT04, in the above list, is the only one that has a really low bulk
resistance (0.3ohms). The CA3046 is the worst. The THAT transistors are
interesting because they are dialectrically isolated, which makes the good
for amplifier applications where you need matched transistors, but the bulk
resistance is about 1.5 ohms.
