Yes, the Roland A90 can send polyphonic aftertouch. But as far as I know
it doesn't have separate sensors for each key. I have an A-80, this one
does have separate sensors.

You mean the last received value only of the same note, right? It
doesn't make much sense if one note's aftertouch value overwrites the
aftertouch value of another different note.
