JP8 oscillator trouble

so the JP8 has 8 voices, 2 osc each. osc B of voice 4 puts out a buzzy
pseudo-sawtooth sound while its A osc, and all the others, are sounding a
sinewave patch. from the schematics and a scope, i have found that the
outputs of osc B's opamps are not generating the proper waves, for example at
instead of a constant sawtooth (pin 6 of IC 11B on the module board):

the scope shows:

like a higher freq sinewave-FM'd sawtooth or something? i thought at first
it was the osc mixer failing, but this is before the mixer; it's supposed
to just put out a sawtooth (or sin or pulse). and the same deal for the sin
& pulse generators. however the noise osc does its job just fine.
also, both osc of voice 4 are about a fifth higher than they should be,
which i assume is a separate problem.
it doesn't seem like there's too high of a KCV coming into the osc, which
also leads me to think it's being freq modulated. however, the schematic
test point for the MOD section checks out ok.
any ideas are appreciated!
thanks
mark
