F W I W,  I read it exactly the way you intended as above.  Your comments
didn't seem at all off-base to me.  I took them as "cute" like they were
intended.  Sometimes we see and read into things what we expect.  I have
come to respect and appreciate the people on this list (as a whole) as
being very sharing and civil -- more so than any other list I have been on.
 I think it helps everyone to remember that the non-verbal content is
missing in this electronic format.  The safest way is to always assume the
best concerning any message that could be interpreted different ways.  99%
of the time you will be right.  The other 1% you probably just caught a
great guy at a bad moment.  We all have them.
