If you are talking about me you should know that I was drafted
by list members. I was very happy building my stuff and sharing
with the list. About a year ago there was a movement to produce
the EFM project pcboards. If I had not done it, it would still be
being done by someone.

I know what you mean though. If someone is going to grab my
new module and produce it for sale I'm not going to put it out
for everyone to see. You could say the only reason I'm in the
pcboard business was to try to keep my work from being
lifted and produced by someone else. That didn't work very well
did it?

You guys have missed a bunch of stuff... sorry. I am still posting
new stuff but it will never be like it was. As a matter of fact the
schematics and pcb layouts for CAM2 will not be posted. I don't
mind working to help DIYers but I'll be dammed it I'm going to
do R&D for someone's product line.

So I guess I'll be an anti-DIYer soon because the new stuff
will not be available for everyone to build. You'll have to buy the
board/kit to get the documentation. Whenever I can I will still
post schematics and layouts but like I said I will never be as
open as I was. You guys who have taken stuff from EFM and
put it into production...are on your own now. My apologies to
everyone else. It used to be way fun on this list but the snobs
and anti-DIYers are messing it up.....Me too before long...;-(
