2SK30 (and 2SK30ATM) is classified by Idss not Vp.

R: Idss = 0.30--0.75mA (Vp = -0.5--0.7V)
O: Idss = 0.60--1.40mA (Vp = -0.6--1.2V)
Y: Idss = 1.20--3.00mA (Vp = -1.1--1.9V)
GR: Idss = 2.60--6.50mA (Vp = -1.7--2.9V)

Vp's are roughly calculated by me based on the datasheet of 2SK30ATM.

"GR", "Y", and "O" are still common FETs in Japan. "O" may be a little
bit difficult to find. "R" is rare even in Japanese diy shops.
