I have a PAiA spring reverb that uses two tanks. The op amp used for both
driving and recovery is 1/4 of a Raytheon RC4136N. There is not much gain
on the input stage. The driver coils are connected out of phase with each
other in series across the feedback resistor for the input driver. The
output stage has lots of gain with a ratio of input to feed back resistor
of 4.7K to 2.2 meg.

If I understand correctly, the coils on the PAiA tanks are isolated in that
neither side of the driver or receiver coils are tied to ground within the
device.
