EFM goes PDF

Here are the EFM pcb support files. I have completed the
monumental task of changing all of the files on EFM to pdfs.
Hooray!! no more busted links. As soon as I can I'll copy 
these to Elroy with the new pdf cookbook files. This is v1.1 
and was previously released as a zip file. "cam_allv11.zip"
There are new pdfs for all EFM pcbs here.
