With all this talk about cheap PCB's I thought I'd post these:

http://www.circuitdesign.net/

I believe Circuit Design was originally posted to this list by John
Blacet. I've used them several times and so far can't beat the price
w/o doing it myself. 4.5" x 6.5" single sided < 1000 holes is
$25.00USD. 6" x 10" SS < 1000 holes = $35.00. Charge to turn paper art
to positive film = $10.00. No setup charge! Free panel cuts. Turn
around approx 2 weeks + shipping. These are simple boards on FR4 of
about the same quality as you can make in your garage *once you've got
your process flowing smoothly*. They pretty much want to work from film
or paper though for extra they'll make film from gerbers. Very nice
helpfull folks that are enjoyable to work with.

Forgot how I got turned onto them but I can't wait to try 'em - would
love to hear from anyone who's used them! These people are almost too
good to be true. $26.00USD for a double sided 160 x 100mm FR4 board
with solder mask AND top side silkscreen. Plate through holes. They
claim no additional charges over shipping. 320 x 200mm is $104.00.
Free panelization of your gerber, free cut out of panels, no setup!

Happy etching,

Buck
