I live in Australia, where nobody stocks anything much.
At least, nothing cutting edge. By which Imean since 1980. 
I find some US companies are happy to sell to Australia by Visa card,
some aren't. Some have minimum orders, some dont.

The only thing to watch out for, is that some only ship UPS, and here
that means $61 extra for customs clearance here in Australia, additional to
all cost & freight charged to your visa.
