I also agree with theo that solaria are not the best choice. I have used one
because i didn't have the money
back then and the quality was ok. But it's difficult to work with since most
solaria don't come equipped with
the nice glass plate to put your artwork on. And I think that the exposure
times can be difficult to estimate since
the solarium is moved when you make a new print.

I think that if you don't have enough money or don't want to invest in a
uv-exposure unit you can use a solarium.
But if you have the money then it is a good investment.
