A solarium it not probable to produce good results, however it might work a
little.
Solaria use class A or B UV light, for optimum results on a PCB you need
class D UV radiation.
A complete DIY kit with 2 UV tubes, transformer and instructions for
building a enclosure goes for under $15.
U need a enclosure, class D UV rad. is dangerous, it can damage your eyes or
even cause skin cancer.
