Sure... but it might be more cost effective to buy one. Power One and
similar companies
make many dual output supplies. They can be bought on the surplus market,
often cheap.
Just add the current draw from each module and get a supply bigger than the
total.

Bigger is heavier also... don't go too crazy.  Usually a 1-2 amp supply
will drive a large synth.
