Still worse, the comparitor sees a different zero than the OTA! Ideally one
would have a seperate adjustment for the comparitor. 

I further messed arround with the circuit and placed a 100p cap over the
feedback resistor of IC2b, and the oscillation stopped. The "screaming" is
now gone but the "jumps" are still there.

There are other reasons too. Really, I don't want to revive that discussion, 
but I finally uploaded the measurements I've done for Rbe to my homepage.

Didn't look yet. But at the Panasonic, Rohm, NEC or Toshiba site one should
find them. (Make sure you got the Reichelt catalog at hand ;-)
