MG-1 fixed--again

Thought I had everything under control but then noticed that VCO 1
was dead. Finally broke down and opened it up again, and pulled the
voice board. I remember Paul saying something about the foam being
the other guy's fault. I didn't know what he was talking about till
now. All the foam rubber has turned into a tar-like substance that
won't come off of your skin for anything. It's a royal mess.

Fortunately, replacing the 3046 solved the original problem but now I
have to clean up this mess before I can put it back together. I just
got done replacing the rings on a pair of Cerwin-Vegas but that was
nothing compared to this. They practically fell off.

It was fine the last time I had the board off a few years ago.
