Auntie SEM, Auntie SEM!

Hello to all who read this off topic post.  I just satisfied a long time 
dream, and got my filthy hands on a Synthesizer Expander Module.  After 
selling a perfect Two Voice (ser #100), fool that I am, about 7 years ago.  
Anyway, after receiving this one yesterday, I was relieved to find out it 
would power up, respond to CV and Gate, BUT, one oscillator is not sounding, 
the other/2nd only in sawtooth.  The LFO isnt working, either.  The strange 
thing Im noticing is, the second oscillator does not appear to track pitch, 
unless Sync is on.  Even then, when rotating the 2nd osc pitch pots, they 
seem to work inverted, that is counterclockwise, while the pitch pot for the 
first osc affects the 2nd (while in Sync) in the normal direction.  So, what 
I have here is an SEM in need of repair,
and I would certainly appreciate any tips and/or recommendations as to who 
might be able AND willing to work on it.  Preferably someone in California.
