Hello all,

If anyone would like to hear the ASM-1 used with an analog sequencer
please read on:

I recently got Tom G's Seq1-a working with my ASM-1. The seq1-a is a
nice design: 8 steps, chainable, one shot or repeat, trigger and gate out
per step, and variable time portomento _per_step_. I had some problems
with it at first, but traced the troubles to a shorted cap... its not quite
finished, and I plan on tweaking it some more, but it works OK for now.
:) THANKS TOM! 2 of these will definately be going in the synth. I
just have to figure out how to fit them in there.

I assume that most of you know what an ASM-1 is by now, so if you've been
waiting to hear one in action, here's your chance...

Just follow the link below to my ASM-1 page, then there's a link to the
sound samples in big red letters right after the pictures of the synth.

The samples themselves are mainly ASM-1 + seq1a, pretty simple
patching... much tweaking on the ASM-1 filter and ENVs, with some pads
and such thrown in towards the end for good measure. #3 has beats, but
its downtempo. Everything is synced by ear because I can't sync the
seq1a to midi... yet...

This is my first time putting mp3s up so if anyone has problems streaming
or downloading them, please let me know.

here's the ASM-1 page:

enjoy, and please tell me what you think. The joystick controller and
the frequency shifter from Andre's page are almost completed as well.

Christian Oncken.
