ODP: Pinch off values

Why not match FETs for equal Idss ? Manufacturers use Idss for the
classification. (I.e. BF245A,B and C, or 2SK30 R,O,Y,GR ...)
And yet easier to measure. Vgs = 0 is easier to get than Id = 0!
