Electronic Component Companies

ONE DAY!

One day I will get a correct order back from a component company,
Then I wont have to spend half an hour on hold and convince them that it really 
is their fault and no I am not going to pay for return postage and if the order 
was filled correctly I shouldn't have been charged a small handling fee!

I know it will happen one day, but when?
