Drum trigger

[Prospective Volition]

Hi there,
          Could someone give me some insight on how I would connect up a 
modified practice pad housing a peizo transducer which is giving a peak 
output of about 30 volts to a wein bridge oscillator so it triggers the 
oscillator and gives an output at line level. I.e 0vu = 410mv.
