Wow, thanks! It'd be pin #5 on the chip as it's the only one unused
(never knew what it was for). Yes, it can be made with 4016/66 and
selected bysome unuseful parameter (like midi program change enable),
or just put a nice switch on front panel.
I don't have time right now to solder around it, so if anyone tries it,
please inform the list.
